In my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process kes the difference. Life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump de no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example， I changed my jor when I became a postgraduate. After the choice，days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to th tics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，I persisted. When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Football is a game in which 22 people chase one ball around a large field. The aim of the game is to get the ball into the net to score.
After all, it’s such an easy game, and yet people go crazy d over it. The answer lies in two facts. One is the game itself. Sometimes it is beyond any description. Football is a game of passes and techniques, passion and love, more importantly, unity is the key---the whole team working as one, united they will never be defeated.

Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are ny. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America - they will be met.
On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.
On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dog s, that for far too long have strangled our politics.
We re in a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.

But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions - that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of re king America.
For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of the economy calls for action, bold and swift, and we will act - not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth. What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them - that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too all, but whether it works - whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who nage the public's dollars will be held to account - to spend wisely, reform bad habits and do our business in the light of day - because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.
Nor is the question before us whether the rket is a force for good or ill. Volleyball that is a less popular sport than basketball and football, while more skillful is my favorite ball game. The game was invented in 5 as a recreational pastime by American William G. His game, which he originally called Mintonette, quickly became popular, not only in the United States but also around the world.
As everyone knows, in the indoor game, each team has six players and points are scored by successfully landing the ball in the court of the opponents without it being returned successfully. THE first time I saw Bao was in 20xx, the year when Tho s and Uber Cup was held. At that time he was playing against Li zongwei, who is also a good player from Malaysia. Bao beat him. He is very tall, about 1.90 meters. He is the tallest one among all the players in the Chinese Badminton Team. In 20xx, he is chosen as the flag holder stands for China in the opening ceremony in the 15th Asian Games held in Doha. I think this is related to his character. He is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. So this affects him while he is playing badminton. In a period of time, critical voice has come towards him. He is under great pressure. He was not in the best state. But recently he cheers up again. Several days ago, the Chinese Badminton Championship 20xx was held in Guangzhou. I went to see him on Saturday. I was very excited, and I shouted loudly, hoping he could hear me. There is no doubt that he won the game. Before he went away, he waved hand to us, how excited I was at that time! The next day, he beat Li zongwei again and he won the n’s single gold medal. All of us are very happy. After 7 years, which could be a long time for an athlete, he proved himself again in Guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.
I think this will be the energy of his advancing. And I hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th Olympic Games held in Beijing!
